in one of the more recent updates it was stated that wayland had supplied extraction equipment for the Italian joint venture. There is probably alot of other spending going on that we are not aware of. As we all know the costs involved with establishing the European assets will be huge. 20mil can go quick when your trying to build several facilities at the same time
