The inventory Q3 was most likely split between Q4 2018 and Q12019. It appears they were only growing out of room 808 and their old facility up until December when they received an additional seven (7) licenses for Phase 1-A. They are now growing out of four (4) rooms in Phase 1-A + Old Facility for an annual capacity up to 11,500kg per year. Phase 1-C should double that and it's expected to be completed in the coming weeks in which they will apply for licensing thereafter. Yes, they are behind which is why the share price is where it is; however, construction is coming along nicely and revenues should continue to grow QoQ.
