RE:RE:RE:RE:Wayl waiting to executeAgreed 100%. Auxly could provide the same financial backing that Green Stream Financing was originally supposed to give for their German facility. Here's to hoping there's no further delays with the process. The hearing on the pending lawsuit is scheduled for April 10, 2019. "That said, most believe given the growing domestic demand and the more competitive international environment, it is unlikely that the bid will be completely scuppered this time no matter what happens in the high court in Dusseldorf."
