RE:RE:Anyone still holding & looking for a higher offer?I'm with you James44.....holding for a higher bid. Not sure why we're selling; certainly don't understand the price....except from buyer's position...a steal, and i don't like to be stolen from. I would like to hear from an analyst as to why this is a fair price ....if it truly is; management cannot tell us...would bring into question many things said before and decisions they've made. 
Could imagine that the offer was made contingent on the 33% signing up, and possibly the 33% figure that, at least this gets the ball rolling to a possible higher price from another bidder, or from refusal of enough other holders to agree. My fear is that the 33% really think that this company has little value above the cash in our bank, and thus the offer is good.
Wish i knew wtf was going on.....and will be following posts here closely to see if someone else has more insight than me.
