That is exactly what Rafi said yesterday. Have you gone deaf, not listening or simply on this board to bash people? I specifically mentioned that at best Kentucky may provide a SMALL bump if totally resolved. Should we add “inability to read plain english” to your list of growing challenges?
Solarjoke why don't you just admit it, you have been blathering weekly about Kentucky and how much of a bump it would provide to the stock FOR A YEAR.
YOU WERE WRONG PERIOD. Want me to dig out all your stupid posts from the last YEAR and show everyone how wrong you were?
1) You were wrong so many times about when it would be resolved.
2) Everytime the stock spiked you assumed it was Kentucky
3) You claimed the NASDAQ listing and growth would be stellar once Kentucky was resolved.
4) Even when it was resolved you are still not satisfied and you think exhausting appeals is a barrier to big bank investmant (THIS IS A JOKE, its the DEBT keeping institutionals away not the now defunct lawsuit)
No sustainable BUMP in SP from Kentucky resolution.
No increase in volume on NASDAQ post Kentucky resolution.
Big Banks aren't flocking to the stock because Kentucky is resolved.
Appeals to the Kentucky case being exhausted WILL DO NOTHING to the SP.
Here's a thought, next time the stock spikes or dives IT ISN'T because of the Kentucky Lawsuit.
You are seriously a really stubborn DONKEY, I am sure the lurkers are quite aware of how suspect your opinions are by now.
Lets see how long it will be before you mention Kentucky again.
Want to gain any crediblity ADMIT YOU WERE WRONG and explain YOU UNDERSTAND why you were wrong.
