Deal, what deal, the stock price is saying there is no deal at ALL on the table or near the table or even under the table. The BOD r a bunch of liars and many here were taken in by the board because of the frustration that EO caused by not drilling deep enough and palying cat and mouse. Sadly the road block here is the O/S share count. The RE was the only hope of getting this stock price higher so a sale could be engineered and that did not happen.
