RE:CEU has 1.0 P/B $75M CF and $490M Debt!

RE:CEU has 1.0 P/B $75M CF and $490M Debt!Rich, yes it's true the book value per share was $12 at the end of Q3-2018 and $8.31 at the end of Q4-2018, but this is not because they revalued their assets (impairments). BXE had 61.8 million shares outstanding at the end of Q3 and 80.9 million shares outstanding at the end of Q4. They added nearly 20 million shares to settle some senior notes during Q4. The book value per share decreased because of their net loss during the quarter (which barely included impairments) and a much larger number of shares outstanding, which they used to settle some debt.
