It holds a 100% interest in two graphite properties located in Quebec: The Miller Graphite Project and Asbury Graphite Project. The Miller Graphite Property is located in Grenville Sur la Rouge, Quebec. The Miller hydrothermal lump-vein historical graphite mine and surrounding property cover approximately 100 square kilometers (km2) and is located 80 kilometers (km) west of Montreal in the Grenville Township. The Asbury Graphite Project is made up of two claims for a total of 119 hectares (ha). It is located 8.1km northeast of Notre-Dame-Du-Laus in the Laurentides Region of southern Quebec.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NEWSthe people who perpetuate these frivolous suits and waste people's time and money are called "vexatious litigants". and Marc Legris a sitting councillor on the GLSR is a convicted one by the courts so it appears that he is teaching everthing he knows to those that are listening.  Not to mention that the citizens of GLSR , being in one of the poorest regions of Quebec are left footing the bill of via their hard earned tax money for lawyers and court costs plus a $96 million dollar law suit pending against them for damages filed by CCB.

I would be one pi$$ed off citizen .............
