In an earlier presentation I believe back in January, Nolan stated the month of March was the launch date for X2 Riches...

Also the same month as St. Noire, but it appears it is only available for pre orders in March for shipments in mid July.

Do we know how many shares Nolan and Zai hold today after the reverse stock split?

Does Shidan and or Steve Neryoff retain shares and if so, what is their post reverse share count?

The funding of the remains 10 months will come in monthly tranches of about $400 k , which should mean that the officers are not pulling down over sized salary’s for this start up venture!

Will be nice to see the first quarterly report to get some clarity on the share structure, and pay agreements if published.

We do know if the Videre deal closes their group will retain about 35% of the newly formed entity...
