Spoke to IR department and spoke directly with Andy Jagpal CEO and he said that they are very happy they were able to take 18 million shares away from the float and outstanding AND the Tier 3 tenant is ready to start planting this spring and will be cash flow positrive this year. Also, the Worm casting/ Hemp Farm in Oregon is getting close to complete. This puppy is tight tight tight
