TetraLogic Pharmaceuticals Corporation is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Birinapant is a small molecule therapeutic that mimics Second Mitochondrial Activator of Caspases (SMAC)-mimetic, which leads to apoptosis or cell-death in damaged cells.
