on the face of it, a flo thru (dependent on what is available with existing properties outside of duve)
might be the best option-painfull as it is. If it happens I hope it is thru a rights offering- remember mngt alone owns roughly 30%.
I think atb will stay supportive but #s are #s and they are going to want a solid plan moving forward.
thing is, tvl didn't end up in this pickle overnight, regardless if they say they recently engaged an advisor for a land sale/deal. I have to think that there has been something worked on for awhile but to be fair, maybe not successfully. That ats action didn't happen on a whim.
I'm not worried.
eventually....
