RE:RE:RE:Stupid QuestionIt looks like there are six directors or more most new,so they are making things happen,they have to hire a ceo and everybody else to try and get this tilted ship back on even  keel,as far as ,going private some group with a load of shares may want to but they still have to buy out everybody else at aprice deemed to be??2cent 10 cent 20 cent .also a rollback will probably happen when trading starts to pay the new hires.
