Virtus Diversified Income & Convertible Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of current income, current gains and long-term capital appreciation. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities, income-producing equity securities and income-producing debt and other instruments of varying maturities, of which at least 50% of total managed assets are invested in convertibles. The Fund has the latitude to write covered call options on the stocks held in the equity portion. The Fund's investment advisor is Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc., and its investment subadvisor is Voya Investment Management Co. LLC.

RE:RE:RE:people missed ponits on this interview: organic is the mingzhu...to a point you are correct. Revenues have been rising for years...but you are ignoring some of the peripheral and causal issues that revenue growth has caused.

And know that I say all this as a long-time shareholder though it is now a small holding. At one point I owned a very large position.

The revenue growth came because they expanded to fast and overpaid for a number of acquisitions that have been difficult to integrate and gain traction in key markets.

The last financing was terribly received and management ticked off previous supporters.

Gross margins remain too low.

Debt has become a concern.

I agree that there remains a buyout potential for some brands or the whole company. It's the primary reason I maintain a small position.

But don't discount the views of some of us who have been here for years and have gotten to know the CEO and his methods well. Matt needs to completely change his game plan for this to succeed. We shall see.
