Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

My advice is caution. If you look at trend movements, you will see that as oil prices change the downward pressure on ECA's share price is greater than upward swing. Expectations of a positive earnings report on April 30th is not a given. Having said that I, like Ramman 1 believe that an examination of financial/corporate logistics bodes well for ECA'S potential.
