Great post Eigen. Is this the kind of services FGD is involved with. FGD seems very ... grey ... insofar as to who or what or why these money transfers are needed. Kinda like up in Canada having Quebecs SNC Lavalin money transfering money from Federal Business Developement Bank to Libya. And we're talking Billions of dollars. Where and who are these FGD transfers going to ?????????? And who is paying for them. Thanks Eigen. Maybe a good investment here. Time will tell, MW
