From the PR it does sound like they are going to build the Ion plant and they are already ordering long lead items. So right now we have a 9-12 month time frame for the construction of the plant which doesn't even have building permission or a feasibility study completed yet.  We are likely minimum 1.5-years out before any Cobalt is exported in meaningful size.  Hold this one for the long term gentlemen this stock isn't going anywhere soon.  And they are lowering guidance for full year Copper and Cobalt production.  All in all pretty dire.

Only upside is I think we have firmly established a floor on Cobalt prices for the time being.
