RE:GeeAre you kidding me.... drinks. What a joke. This has been spun to be way bigger than it will be.
I can understand CBD drinks that claim health benefits, but who the hell would want to drink weed beer or wine? Some will I am sure, but I honestly would not buy weed beer. Beer already makes me sleepy enough.
People jump on and off health related product fads everyday, I don’t see this as being much different. Unless, substantial scientific proof of the health benefits are realized, these will disappear from the shelves like JOLT cola.
People have been smoking flower, oils, distillates, hash and edibles forever, I don’t see this changing. Where it will change is the medicinal side where pills, caps and other pharma delivery methods will be adopted everywhere. Insurers will at some point pay for your “drugs”. The pharma side, in my opinion, is the real play here. With all of the research being done I feel there will be a number of approved medicines as well as remedies on the market in the near term. The medicinal side may be the more lucrative market in the end.
