Just curious but why would a person participate in a PP which is obviously having trouble being filled, has a four month hold and is at $0.14 when you can buy it on the open market for a dime or even less? Yes you get the warrant but the SP has to more than double before exercising at $0.21 makes sense.

This PP is also the latest in a series of financings at continuously lower prices. Is that not troubling?

There was just not enough in the Financials to blow my hair back on this one, even at a dime.
