RE:RE:RE:RE:simply crazy valuation !!Not so crazy valuation, if you take into account the coming share dilution of 100 million shares.

50 million shares to pay of the $6 million in debt due in July and anorther 50 million shares to raise the funds to complete the feasibility study that must be completed by end of year and/or for working capital. This also explains why there was a 10 for 1 reverse split. A PP cannot be done at below 5 cents/share. So a PP at 15 cents is equivalent to 1.5 cents pre-split.
