Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:try this

RE:RE:try this Canada hates it when their home grown businesses succeed so they try to hinder them at every point. These companies will never be able to compete with black market. You can hit up an "illegal" online store and buy 28g of better MJ than any of these LP's carry for $100.00, they will deliver it to your door in 45 min like a pizza and they will throw in a bag of random edibles, pre-rolls, etc

Is that the official rule for infused products in Canada? Or just what was proposed so far? That's absurd. Guess I'll be eating some really bitter chocolate?
