RE:RE:My take

RE:RE:My takeAfter much thought, I have come to the realization of why we are trading below our peers and below our NPV by a large margin.

It comes down to this: It does not matter how muh oil and gas you have if can never monetize it.

It's simple: BNK has the reserves but they have NO capital to get at those reserves. It's like having the most valuable postage stamp busut never selling it. Sure it is valuable, but you never benefit from it, if you do not sell.

The market knows this and surmizes that if BNK cannot monetize those reserves, they will eventually fail. Therefore the risk is too high and the stock trades at 52 week lows. The institutions [ Capital, etc] knew this as well and sold earlier this year.

Think about the lastest news release. Production dropped to 1496 boepd from 1696 boepd the previous quarter. Why? because of declining well production. As those wells reduce production and we are not replacing those declining wells because we have no money, guess what eventualy happens?

That is why the strategic review and the resulting partnership or Sale is our only option. Unless, of course, they issue a large number of shares or the Bank wants to increase our line of credit. Both seem unlikely, unless things get more desparate.

Let's hope this review is soon and they make a decisioin before our declining wells force us to take those steps.
