RE:No tradesGBU - Not trading at 4 cents because this isn't a cash buyout.  That 4 cent figure is based on what they (the various BOD's involved) believe the combined company will be worth, which is by definition an educated guess, since the entity they are talking about does not yet exist. 

Based on their estimate of value, (which basically means a figure they plucked out of their behinds) they will allow you .010309 common shares of O3 Mining on a post-consolidation basis.  This is where they get a value of Alexandria at 4 cents per share. 

However...if the stock price of the new O3 Mining does not hold at $3.88 after the transaction has completed, your value will be less...possibly by a lot.  Given today's price action, the market does not appear to agree with their stated valuation of the combined company...

And we get to sit here and be crapped on by those who are enriching themselves at our expense.
