I don't think the debenture holders need to worry. They are getting 9.5% on their money for three years. Way better than a bank account, and who cares about a potential conversion price. Plus for every $1000 debenture, they got 385 warrants good for 3 years--out of the money to be sure, but still worth about $100 bonus today because of the time value. So the debentures started trading minus warrants at about even money @ $890.
