Right now, TV is bottomed out with people who bought holding the bag. TV now has your money, stockholders. Your stock has not been going up and you can't get your losses back. It probably can't drop farther, there is little interest in buying so if a person buys now, the company can't get much Now, think. How could a company suck in investors again so that any stockholders putting in money could be put back in the same position by giving the stock plenty of room to ride down. Simple--reverse stock split.  A $5 stock has lots of room to fall to get back to 25 cents. 

If this company pulls a reverse stock split, it is time for both a class action lawsuit and to empty the dump truck. A reverse split shows that the company has neither trust that the value will increase nor any plan to put it there, but they still want to lure in stockholder money.
