Just Read A National Bank Of Canada

Just Read A National Bank Of CanadaFinancial Q1/19 results for SOX, May 9, 2019 Quote - Balance sheet under stress; downgrade. We are downgrading the name (SOX) to underperform from Sector Perform ($3.50 target vs. prior $4.50). And that is a price without a correction in the markets? Maybe a buyout is not even in the cards as this report also mention this. Quote - With no slate of directors being nominated to the SOX board on the back of an activist letter and lack of strategic interest in vertical infrastructure, we think there could be further pressure on SOX shares. I guess you can read into this how you like but it is not positive by any means.
