RE:Shaw are 100% outCorrect Shaw the company is out however JR Shaw the 84 year old founder is very much in.  He controls all the A voting stock of Corus.

With dual shares you can collect the cash for Shaw the company and JR Shaw the person still controls the company.  

Not a bad deal.
