RE:RE:RE:RE:Financing closed with bmoIt seems OGI is going to use some of this financing to refinance the companies long term Farm Credit Canada Debt which i only think was at around $10 million. They said the financing of term loan will go to finance Phase 4 and 5. They plan to get to 113,000 kilograms of production by end of 2019. From my DD, they state in their financials that the average selling price per gram was $5.47 per gram. 113,000 kilograms is 113,000,000 grams. Selling at $5.47 per gram would generate $618 million in Gross Sales. Trading at only 5 times sales would generate a Market Cap of $3 Billion. All IMO, Always DYODD, GLTA!
