From Sun Valley's May 10 Early Warning Report:
As Sun Valley no longer owns 10% or more of the issued and outstanding Common Shares on a post-conversion, it has ceased to be subject to early warning requirements with respect to the Issuer under National Instrument 62-103 – The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues. Prior to May 10, SV had the option to increase their ownership to greater than 10% of the company through exercise of 10 million warrants. Since they did not exercise the warrants on May 10, their ownership dropped below the 10% threshold that required them to file insider reports.
