RE:RE:Class Action

RE:RE:Class ActionI agree. I am shocked after reading the report that retail investors are so significantly unprotected. They lies they were able to get away with, even up to the last months NR. I did my DD but how was I to detect such massive lies? The OSC was letting it all pass through for years. I hold the OSC equally as responsible for this debacle. There are supposed to be checks and balances. FGD, Itwaru and his buddies should have been shut down long ago.

I asked when I filed my complaint against FGD and was told if the OSC did get money back, it would go to the OSC to further investor education, not back to investors. I couldn't believe it.

After this, I feel as though don't want to invest in another company in Canada ever again. I bought my shares through my TFSA and feel absolutely gutted.

Itwaru, his associates, the pumpers, and the OSC has no idea of the hardship and distress they have caused for so many people. They all move on, at this point, without consequence.
