Keep in mind how the OSC just let InCoR and Sentient RAPE shareholders of LEADFX just a few months ago.

In the article above by Barry Critchley...  I was the one that brought the Frontier Rare Earths consolidation to his attention.  He wrote an article about it and I complained to the OSC.  Amazingly the OSC told them to stop the proposal - which was to consolidate the shares by 9 million to 1 , with the 5 holders with over the 9 million to own the company, everyone else gets a small cash payout.   So it felt like a victory!  

So Frontier then paid for a few more fairness opinions and 6 months later they came back with exactly the same proposal!  I complained again and the OSC ignored my complaint and let it go through.  The 5 mgmt owners now paid off the rest of us with half of the cash that the comany had and now owned the company.

So that is how useful the OSC can be....  and the companies and corrupt mgmt of course know it.
