TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. T.TOG

Primary Symbol: VREYD

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the southeast Saskatchewan area. Crude oil constitutes an overwhelming majority of the production mix the company gathers from its assets. TORC gains access to its assets through government issued royalties and uses various techniques to identify hydrocarbon reservoirs. The company focuses heavily on light oil resource plays and relies on a three-phased strategy of resource capture, delineation, and production growth.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dividends not working. Buy back the f@#$&* shares!I agree with the last part of your agurment. They need their help to consolidate in the industry. Torc can survive in the current strip pricing and have a niche with favourable pricing in the light oil exchanges in Canada & US. Current share price does not reflect the true nature of their financials.

Regarding the DRIP, that can always be renegotiated. It was an strategy that worked when the stock was 15$, and not below 4$.

You’re right in that they completely missed the boat on their hedges on several occasions.
