RE:RE:Cobalt Market Update

Cobalt spiked due to panic driven stockpiling and subsequently collapsed when those stockpiles were sold. There was no fundamental reason for the price to spike last year as there was no true increase is end demand (nor a supply crunch). It was pure speculation.
