Bid/ Ask Shooting self in the foot

Bid/ Ask Shooting self in the foot240,000 shares asking .20 on US exchange. These people dont want to take the .19 or .192 offers. Gonna shoot yourself in the foot and cause a negative downtrend to liquidate. 

Have to sell in small tranches in this stock. Gonna see .17-.18 soon because of this
