RE:RE:RE:FOMOA Ph2 trial in the USA only makes sense if the FDA gives guidance to wave Ph3 with a certain amount of success in Ph2 ahead of time.  Why spend money in the USA if TLT would still need a Ph3?  Get HC marketing approval with a Ph2 and maybe the EU and China.  I would travel to Canada to save my bladder.

Here's the ultimate triple play:

TLT announces some number of patients treated while training docs from several new centers around Canada.   Three birds...one stone.  

After that announced FDA filing/approval.  With several US docs trained including Dr Kamat and Dr O'Donnell.   

Neither would be impossible releases to hear this week.  

My wish list is longer but that will do for now.  (I would like to be surprised.)
