Scenario 1: DYA is in really bad shape and teetering on shutting down. Creating some playtime w/ photo shop or an old box on a Porsche. In which case the employees and managers “working” are going to be further hated by SH and by future employers / viewed as very un professional. Every aspect of this seems bad and undermines everything and everyone that puts effort in to this company. This would create difficulties seeking more money for PP as well.
Scenario 2: DYA is sitting on a sale/a large scale upcoming integration solution and is having some fun in the downtime calm before the storm. So they are doing a little trolling and buying some stock along the way while generating discussion. No one is worried whatsoever and is quietly giving out high fives.
