Yeah oil license is expected, but so was the previous sales license in January.. The sp was running hard at that moment, with new investors coming in. Oil license is a big thing, so I expect the same, especially with a SP of .11

You are right about the facility, I also want to know why phase 3 is delayed with a year. Also want to see some pictures of phase 2 build-out.
