Broker 068 Leede Jones Gable accumulating most for last year

My Quotestream service shows Leede Jones Gable is the biggest accumulator over the past 1 year timeframe.

Maybe I'm wrong but I would think that a broker who is so close to BUS wouldn't be buying this many shares all at once if they didn't know something good was coming.
