The EL 1070 in Newfoundland is considered to be an exploration and evaluation asset, as it is still in the exploration stage. The Company’s Pratt County project is considered a developed oil and natural gas property. The Company’s subsidiary is Shoal Point U.S.A. Inc.

Jarvis was a director with Ultra from 1996 to 1999. It was a fledgeling operation during that time. The share price was pennies. A team without a strong leader goes nowhere and Watford was that leader. He was the one with the vision. That happened after Jarvis moved on. Ultra share price peaked at $188 USD a share in June 2008. Look I've got nothing against Jarvis. He started out as a stockbroker and eventually became a CEO. Good on him! But let's not ascribe supernatural powers to him. Another simple point of view, eh?
