Yes. It seems that restarting the mine was not as easy as suggested. 

It is very clear why ANX and others want to do extensive exploration to develop a mine plan to optimally mine for resource in order to get shovel ready. The bulk sampling news items suggested that RCG intended to take a similar path with Tangier.

Dufferin is an existing mine with older and likely suboptimal design that RCG decided to develop further. The question is if the recent improvements were completely valueless. The insolvency process suggests valueless but it is hard to untangle from other factors such a possibily disfunctional cash starved company.

There are other roll-ups in Atlantic Canada that will want to know the value of tacking on to existing mine plans. zero seems severe.
