Hi gold_strike I figure the price is low not only because of low silver but because of this business with Isadoro suing SDR. This throws doubt about SDRs claim to the property. Wouldn't be the first time that a company loses an important property because of these kinds of disputes. Of course the question is it worth the risk to buy it this low.
