You are wrong and have nothing to back your statement.<br /> The precedent has been set with Health Canada&rsquo;s actions against ASCENT (asnt), suspending and then revoking their licenses. ASNT had some product already out in the market place from the medical license when they received their new licensing. These products were already distributed when the license was received but they still were screwed by HC. This was when the lines were still grey. Meanwhile, Canopy, being the government insider’s top Pick was caught doing illegal activities by the RCMP and HC told them to back off!!!!
if this company does not lose their license for their intentional illegal activity,it is clear Health Canada is corrupt from within.
