IPL was unable to close above the $22.57 resistance level this past week. What's more, the Stochastic RSI, a fairly reliable indicator, flashed a sell signal on July 17 and is still bearish. Looking at the IPL stock chart, I'd say we're headed back down to $21 and possibly $20.
