Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

A significant change

A significant change

Has occurred recently.. last year between october and year end the stock drifted down from a high 3.39 to 1.90.. even sold off on perfectly good drill results. Of course this is quite common and normal for an exploration play when the market still views it as highly speculative. Then again a similar scenario after a February high of over $4 the stock slid down again to around 2.20 by May, almost a 50% haircut. But then we got the new BR discovery which kicked off a new run to where we are now. And now, and this is my point, the stock has shown much more strength since then and has held onto all recent gains. This, imo, is a sign that the market views the stock as considarably less speculative and therefor lower risk since the drills have been consolidating earlier potential and revealing much new and exciting potential.
I just did a review of the stocks I own and came to the conclusion that GBR is my top pick for near term gains so I am in process of moving even more into GBR.. again!!
I don't often get my timing right but I was lucky recently when i bought more right before the move up from $4.50.. two times in a row is a lot to ask for but surely we can't be far from some BR steps out now so today seems like a good day to add imo.
Cheers!
