Yeah I'm glad we closed flat but I feel like if there was more time in a trading day we could have gone up at least half a penny because the Ask was at 89.80% for 44,000 shares and Bid was only 10.20% for 5,000 shares. If Ask has more shares then price goes up and vise versa.
At 15:59:02 there was a buy of 51,000 shares that pushed HRE back to $0.095 flat. It's likely there wasn't enough time before the close for other orders
