negative postBe very careful of what you post, you can be sued if you post false information.  I invested in DMGI and the company is suing some people on stockhouse for posting false information:

So those who want to post negative information about this company, you better think twice.

No one knows for sure until the company post the next news.  If you look at insider trading data there were no substantial insider selling.  

I don't think it is appropriate to assume the management forgot to pay, it has to be something else.

Just my opinion of course.

There was an article indicating lithium price may go down, maybe that was the trigger, I don't know.

Look at this daily trading chart of PLU, there were 3 major selling at 1125, 1205 and 1305, each time was around 30,000 shares, not really a lot, but for thinly traded stock it made a difference.
