Sent My Comments to ManagementThis morning I sent my comments to management also. Basically I told them if they accept a unit pricing at a discount to Friday's close of $.335 they would forever be losing the confidence and support of existing shareholders. I further stated that the 'Go It Alone' strategy is not working. The offering states that the price must be agreed upon by both management and Mackie/MAXIM. Management can stop this ridiculous travesty. If not, the writing is on the wall.
