RE:Mr. Alex Holmes OUGHT to be suedYes, the CEO Holmes has to take full responsibility for this massive fail - assuming this is what happened. But the management team in Lima, Peru must all be fired on the spot. Where was the so-called Dr Laurence Stafen, who talks like he nows how to oeprate in Peru? Isn't he their President in Lima? Where are their lawyers in Lima and landperson? Or did then even use professionals like that? 

This is an unprecedented new low of executive and management incompetence. Its really quiet hysterical. I am loving watching this show!!! But do feel sorry for the honest investors who took a shot on this joke.
