RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Question To The BoardI'm not quite sure you understand what I was saying. I am saying that even with case management, the hearings will occur at most every 1-3 months. I am assuming at least 2-3 case management sessions. 

Ucore ultimately wants to make a deal and end this as quick as possible. 

I think that Izatt will try and waste time, extend; especially if he thinks he is losing as it seems he fears losing control more than anything. He might even agree to something in case management then violate that contract to stall (he seems like the type).

Look how long jurisdiction took. You think the case management process or even the fight to sustain the OTP is gonna take less time than the jurisdiction decision? I'm conservatively saying 6-12 months. Could be longer than that, with the exception being they genuinely settle and come to an agreement earlier than that.

Throughout that time, Ucore continues to burn cash and might need to raise additional funds.
