RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Question To The BoardMy assumption is based on Steve's actions to this point. Press releases, changing attorneys, multiple separate lawsuits. 

The guy is clearly emotionally on tilt regarding losing control of the company his father created. 

He will do anything and everything he can to make this hard on Ucore, as he feels he was betrayed. He always had in his mind that this was a joint venture deal, and that the OTP was cash in his pocket, a bonus. 

He is desparate, and desparate men do stupid things.

Even if everything proceeds smoothly, courts move slow, even with a CMJ to move it along. Court calendars plan hearings months in advance. You really think this is gonna be resolved in 1-2 hearings? 

Even if it is that is still October ish.
